In-Store Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from Cotton Company, but we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 60 days for an exchange or in-store credit. Receipt MUST be present.
Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
ERRORS OR DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.
Important Information on Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

All items are in good condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/tickets attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.
